Canyon Vista Recovery Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Quality and Performance Improvement to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our clinical programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement performance improvement plans and monitor progress.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of incidents and adverse clinical outcomes to regulatory agencies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and accreditation organizations to ensure compliance and stay up-to-date on industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Human Services field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Three or more years' experience in Quality Management, PI role, facility licensure, survey and credentialing process required.
- Experience with TJC and/or CARF accreditation and regulatory audits preferred.
- Working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance.
- Professional clinical license issued by the appropriate licensing body as required by the state.
- CPR and de-escalation certification required.
