Job Description

Quality Consulting Group is looking for a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the movement of cargo, processing documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of cargo from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Prepare and process necessary documents, including bills of lading, customs forms, and commercial invoices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the supply chain.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of ocean/air documents, customs forms, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
