Job Title: Influencer Marketing Associate

At Prose, we're revolutionizing the beauty industry with our personalized haircare and skincare products. We're seeking an Influencer Marketing Associate to join our Brand Marketing team and help us scale our influencer program.

Job Summary

This is a hybrid role based in our Williamsburg, Brooklyn headquarters, with a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000. As an Influencer Marketing Associate, you'll support the development and execution of campaign strategies, identify and analyze influencer partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of campaign strategies, including identifying and analyzing influencer partners
  • Liaise with the Growth team to support customer acquisition, sales, and brand growth of Prose's influencer marketing channels
  • Manage the development of content briefs and conduct kick-off calls/meetings with influencers
  • Facilitate content review process in a timely manner, ensuring cross-functional input and enabling whitelisting setup
  • Collaborate with Brand/Creative Strategy and Growth Marketing teams to ensure campaigns stay on track and deadlines/KPIs are met
  • Oversee internal micro community that supports Organic and Paid influencer marketing efforts
  • Proactively source and discover new and diverse talent, building new relationships and executing end-to-end processes to get influencers up and running in a timely manner
  • Manage communication and build strong relationships with direct influencer partners
  • Develop onboarding programs offering product education, brand insight, and communication structure
  • Assist in the execution of all Branded events
  • Oversee sample distribution, liaising with seeding partners and operations to ensure product delivery in a timely manner
  • Ensure sample distribution tracker is updated daily
  • Oversee influencer affiliate in partnership with Impact and ensure influencers are properly onboarded and compensated
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics on a monthly basis
  • Monitor and keep abreast of industry trends, FTC guidelines, and competitor strategy
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of influencer marketing experience executing organic and growth-led influencer activations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
  • Experience working at a start-up, DTC, or haircare/skincare company is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of managing performance-led influencer marketing programming, e.g., whitelisting programs
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Tribe Dynamics, and Meta Business Account is a plus
  • Knowledgeable about all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Understanding of industry trends and best practices to drive awareness to the brand
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with influencer networks, individual influencers, and influencer identification, management, and measurement tools
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent internal and external relationships
