CORCORAN NEW DEVELOPMENT IS SEEKING A LEASING DIRECTOR TO LEAD OUR NEW DEVELOPMENT LEASING TEAM IN BROOKLYN, NY. SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE, WITH A FOCUS ON NEW DEVELOPMENT MARKETING AND LEASING. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE LEADING LEASING OPERATIONS, DEVELOPING RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL BROKERAGE FIRMS, AND PROVIDING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO PROSPECTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS.

Core Responsibilities:
•
    Lead all aspects of daily leasing operations for assigned new development sites
    Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy
    Collaborate with sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
    Provide exceptional customer service to prospects, property owners, and stakeholders
    Maintain accurate records and reports to track leasing activity and performance

Requirements:
•
    Valid NY Real Estate Salesperson or Associate Broker License
    5+ years of experience in real estate brokerage, with a focus on new development marketing and leasing
    Proven track record of success in leasing and sales
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
