Job Title: IT Director



At Dream An Blessing Consulting Llc, we are seeking a skilled IT Director to lead our technology initiatives and drive business growth.



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and Implement IT Strategy: Align IT initiatives with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Oversee IT Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage IT projects from conception to completion.
  • Provide Technical Guidance: Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and security measures.
  • Establish IT Policies: Enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.
  • Lead IT Team: Develop and motivate a high-performing IT team.
  • Collaborate with Department Heads: Identify technology needs, evaluate options, and recommend solutions to improve business processes.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships: Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Emerging Trends: Evaluate the potential impact of emerging technology trends on the organization.
  • Monitor IT Budget: Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources and accurate financial reporting.
  • Address IT-Related Issues: Provide timely support and maintain high levels of user satisfaction.


Requirements


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably as an IT Director.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, software, networks, security, and project management methodologies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements such as data protection, cybersecurity, and privacy.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to build and motivate teams.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated track record of successful IT project management, delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: Proactive and customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality IT services.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or ITIL are a plus.
