Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
  2. Make outbound and inbound calls to engage with customers and prospects
  3. Answer incoming calls, follow provided scripts to assist customers, and close sales when necessary
  4. Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships, ensuring excellent communication with customers
  5. Provide administrative support and maintain accurate CRM records

Requirements:
  1. 1+ year of experience in a Call Center or sales environment
  2. Proven track record of customer engagement and closing sales over the phone
  3. Strong English and Spanish communication skills, both verbal and written
  4. Ability to follow instructions and scripts and take initiative when needed
