At Appleone, we are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team in San Juan, PR.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve member issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in customer service, health office, or administrative roles.
  • Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  • Fully bilingual.
