Job Overview
* The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing hotel operations, with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
* They will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
* The Operations Manager will report directly to the General Manager and will work closely with all departments to maintain overall quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve guest satisfaction.
* Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure profitability and make informed decisions.
* Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve exceptional results and deliver outstanding customer service.

Requirements:
* Associate's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a limited service environment.
* Strong knowledge of hotel management software and property management systems.
* Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
