We are a dynamic and fast-paced sports bar seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various settings such as nightclubs, fine dining, or the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks to patrons following standard recipes and guidelines

• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on our extensive drink menu

• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, adhering to strict health and safety standards

• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, providing excellent customer service at all times

• Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and inventory management

• Assist in stocking and replenishing bar inventory, ensuring prompt service to our patrons

• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in bartending in diverse environments like nightclubs, fine dining, or the food industry

• Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus, enhancing our ability to craft unique cocktails

• Strong sales skills and the ability to upsell products, driving revenue growth

• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems, streamlining operations

• Proficient in customer service and communication, ensuring exceptional guest experiences

• Understanding of food safety practices and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment

Education and Certifications:
Mixology Certification, further demonstrating expertise in the field
