A highly skilled Operations Manager is required to oversee the daily operations of our limited service hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Leadership: Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure standards are met in all guest services and facilities.
* Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operations and communication among all staff.
* Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Guest Experience:
* Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback promptly.
* Develop and promote programs to enhance guest relations and improve service quality.
Financial Performance:
* Assist in budget preparation and manage operational expenses to maintain profitability.
* Analyze financial reports to identify performance issues and develop actionable strategies.
Staff Management:
* Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a knowledgeable and highly engaged team.
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
Sales and Marketing:
* Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
* Support sales initiatives by ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Requirements:
* Associate's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a limited service environment.
* Strong knowledge of hotel management software and property management systems.
* Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
