Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, collaborating with stakeholders to define and analyze information needs, and leading business analysis for lead to account and order to cash business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and analyze information needs and functional requirements
  • Lead business analysis for lead to account and order to cash business processes
  • Develop and maintain business process maps, user flows, and acceptance tests
  • Act as a liaison between project sponsors, stakeholders, and technical teams
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, assist team members in preparing for meetings, and lead discussions
  • Resolve issues between stated business requirements and what is technically feasible

Requirements:

  • 15 years of experience in process and system development
  • Experience in MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Lead Routing, CRM, CPQ, Sales Chat, Prospecting and Enrichment Tools
  • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
