Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support professional to join our team at Appleone. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support with data entry and report generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organize monthly reports on shipments, pricing, and inventory.
  • Assist with entering data related to product launches and promotions.
  • Support daily administrative tasks and provide necessary data analysis.
  • Help prepare reports for meetings and presentations.
  • Manage and update reporting dashboards for the team.
  • Track project progress and ensure timely updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Preferably, sales experience or data entry.
  • Strong bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Excel.
