We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Lead to join our team at Five Guys. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members and ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of crew members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Ensure that all menu items are prepared to our high standards of quality
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
