Job Title: Team Lead

We are seeking a strong Team Lead to lead our daily operations at Taco Masa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising team members, assigning duties, and ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team members and assign duties
  • Monitor team performance and ensure duties are performed efficiently
  • Report any issues that arise during the shift to management
  • Manage employee requests and transgressions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards
  • Coach team members and train new staff
  • Open and close registers, account for the daily intake, and prepare cash deposits
  • Handle customer issues and employee disputes

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous experience as a Shift Leader or in a similar role in retail
  • Experience creating shift schedules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Confident problem-solver
  • Team player
