Key Responsibilities:
- Support global asset managers and sponsors in structuring and forming complex credit private funds and structured credit funds.
- Provide multi-dimensional advice on regulatory developments and engage with industry trade groups.
- Draft and negotiate fund documentation, manage fund raises from launch to close, and ensure compliance with federal securities laws.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in private fund formation, including drafting and negotiating fund documentation.
- Experience in managing fund raises from launch to close.
- Strong understanding of the Investment Advisers Act and other federal securities laws.
