Medical Billing Specialist for Claims Representative Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Billing Specialist to join our team at Appleone in San Juan. As a Claims Representative, you will be responsible for processing and managing customer claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer claims efficiently and accurately.
• Perform data entry tasks with high precision.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless claim resolution.
• Generate reports to track claim status and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Fully bilingual with excellent language skills in both English and Spanish.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment, preferably handling medical claims.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with solid computer skills, including data entry and report generation.

Working Conditions:

Salary Estimate:

The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000 and $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
