Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer claims with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform data entry tasks with high precision
- Collaborate closely with providers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements and Qualifications
- Fully bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment, preferably in medical billing or a related field
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer skills

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
