We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual professional to join our team at Quintana & Suarez, LLC as a Bilingual Legal Assistant.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients in both Spanish and English to gather information and provide updates. They will also handle case intake and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with clients in both Spanish and English to gather information and provide updates.
- Handle case intake and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
- Manage phone calls professionally, directing inquiries as needed.
- Maintain accurate client files and assist with administrative tasks.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in a legal or administrative role (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with legal case management software is a plus.
- Punctual; Reliable; Willing to learn; Good customer service; Be able to read and write English.
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
