Job SummaryWe're seeking a seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and room service, ensuring seamless execution of breakfast, lunch, and dinner periods. This role will also direct bar operations and supervise a team of staff members.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and analyze current activities or information to make logical conclusions and recommendations.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and room service, ensuring compliance with LSOPs and SOPs.
- Direct the day-to-day operations of the bar, including interviewing, hiring, training, and developing staff members.
- Forecast, implement, monitor, control, and report on outlet budgets to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
- Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure a quality experience.
- Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of outlet areas and equipment to protect assets and ensure quality service.
- More than two years of post-high school education.
- Two years of full employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).
- Hotel experience preferred.
- Requires thorough knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures.
- Ability to investigate and analyze current activities or information and make logical conclusions and recommendations.
