About the Job
Café 2150 is seeking an experienced line cook to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, maintaining a clean kitchen environment, and collaborating with the team to plan menus.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook delicious meals following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus, develop new dishes, and ensure consistency in food quality.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, demonstrating knowledge of food industry best practices, proficiency in knife skills, and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Strong attention to detail and passion for creating exceptional dishes are essential for this role.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position, requiring the ability to work in person. If possible, commuting to Bayamón, PR 00961 would be preferred.
