Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Barista to join our team As a Specialty Coffee Expert, you'll be responsible for crafting the perfect cup of coffee for our customers while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages and other hot and cold coffee concoctions.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders accurately, handling transactions efficiently, and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Team Support: Collaborate with the chef and other team members to ensure seamless operations during busy periods.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including equipment, serving areas, and seating spaces.
• Inventory Management: Restock inventory and supplies as needed to prevent shortages and maintain efficiency.

Requirements:

• Coffee Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and preparation techniques.
• Math Skills: Possess basic math skills for accurate order processing and handling cash transactions.
• Food Safety: Understand food safety practices and guidelines to ensure quality control and customer safety.
• POS System Proficiency: Be proficient in operating point-of-sale systems for efficient order processing.
• Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication and sales skills to promote products and provide excellent customer service.
