Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy: Lead the overall strategic direction of the company, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives.
• Provide visionary leadership to executive teams, departments, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategies.
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring operational efficiency and the successful execution of business plans.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure optimal resource allocation across departments.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure profitability and financial stability, with a focus on cost control and margin improvement.
• Market Growth: Identify new business opportunities and markets to drive revenue growth.
• Foster strategic partnerships, explore mergers and acquisitions, and develop new products or services aligned with market demands.
• Team Development: Lead and mentor senior management, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop leadership within the organization and ensure the recruitment and retention of top talent.
• Brand & Public Relations: Represent the company in public forums, trade shows, and with media outlets.

Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 per year
