Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer service to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales performance by exceeding key performance indicators, including membership sales and renewals, retail sales, and maximizing workout traffic.
- Establish and maintain an effective referral program to fuel membership growth.
- Conduct proactive customer care initiatives to nurture leads and drive conversion.
- Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for members and guests, fostering positive relationships and repeat business.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards in the studio environment to ensure a premium experience for all customers.
- Process transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring seamless payment experience for customers.
- Proactively generate new leads through member referrals, community outreach, and strategic marketing efforts.
- Convert leads into loyal members through effective communication strategies.
- Previous sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Health and fitness-minded individuals strongly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills required.
- Able to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Functional computer skills required.
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to work and function in a dynamic team environment.
- Flexible to work day, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed.
