Duties and Responsibilities:- Assist in the training and development of the nursing department.
- Administer the nursing program within our skilled and assisted living facilities.
- Advise medical staff, department heads, and administrators on matters related to nursing service.
- Maintain quality standards of resident care.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing (RN) with current state license.
- Basic knowledge of current nursing home or assisted living principles, methods, and procedures, and knowledge of medical terminology, medicines, and narcotic protocol.
