Life Enrichment Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team at Morningside House Senior Living. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in designing, creating, and facilitating a wide range of recreational and educational activities for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and evaluating resident activities
• Encourage resident participation in programs and activities
• Escort residents on activities away from the property as assigned
• Assist with the registration of residents for trips and programs
• Conduct various activities at the direction of the Life Enrichment Director
• Maintain necessary activity supplies, which may include outside purchasing
• Assist in the surveying and interviewing of residents to determine interests, talents, and resident satisfaction
• Maintain general observation of residents and share appropriate information with staff
• Follow departmental budget guidelines
• Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings

Requirements:

• An Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
