Jobleads-Us is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager, Ad Ops to join our team. As a key member of our Addressable Account Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, direction, and management of the account management team in their execution of ad campaigns across our digital brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the direction of the team, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of campaigns against stated goals and objectives.
- Represent the Addressable Ops org within the overall Ad Sales org, initiating and overseeing projects that increase team efficiency.
- Develop long-term training and education strategies for the team, working closely with ad ops management to develop business rules and policies.
- Collaborate with out-sourced partners to ensure white-glove service to clients, handling escalations and troubleshooting of any issues.
- Minimum 7+ years' experience in digital ad operations at a publisher, ad tech company, ad agency, or ad network.
- At least 3 years of management/mentorship experience with at least two years in a direct people management role.
- Excellent understanding of standard business practices related to digital ad operations pitch-to-pay processes and systems.
- Mastery of digital ad serving tools for video and display, as well as ad serving technologies such as VAST and VPAID.
- Experience with OperativeOne or other digital order management system.
- Ability to effectively work under pressure and solve problems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with digital display and video ad formats on all platforms, including web, mobile, app, and OTT/CTV platforms.
- Familiarity with live streaming ad insertion (DAI/SSAI) and measurement vendors (i.e., Nielsen, Moat).
