Job Title: Store Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team at Fladger Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing a team of 30-50 employees, and driving sales growth while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct all store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, supervisors, and other store staff.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets sales and profit targets.
  • Implement and maintain store policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a store manager in retail or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
