We are seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Analyst to join our Quality Assurance & Oversight team at Abarca Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our claims adjudication platform and collaborating with our Product Teams to develop and test new features.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Product Teams to develop and test new features, ensuring that business requirements are accurately implemented and configured into our claims adjudication platform.
- Execute business functional testing activities to ensure the quality of each client's pharmacy benefit design and that all new logic integrates with other plans' programs.
- Analyze large data sets, identify trends and discrepancies, and use dashboard tools to inform testing and monitoring activities.
- Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts based on business functional requirements.
- Collaborate with the Software Test Engineering team to develop and improve testing strategies, techniques, procedures, and tools.
- Participate in product grooming and refinement meetings to gather understanding of new system functionalities and requirements that will require testing and monitoring.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent relevant work experience).
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare, health plan, and/or pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) setting.
- Experience as a detail-oriented problem-solver, able to quickly spot trends and discrepancies.
- Ability to analyze large data sets and use dashboard tools (e.g. Tableau, QVW, and Excel tools).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Experience in testing methodologies.
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance (QA).
- Experience with SQL Management Studios.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices and tools.
