Responsibilities:- Provide product and installation training to internal teams and external clients
- Collaborate with internal sales personnel to demonstrate demo units and educate solar installation EPCs on design and installation best practices
- Understand customers' feedback and collaborate with the product development team to guide next product iterations and developments
- Collaborate with the service department when services and repairs become needed
- Participate in and collaborate with the product development team on product design and upgrades
- Complete relevant documentation for project participation in a timely manner
- Help drive quality of each completed project to the company's standards
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in the solar and battery industry
- Strong ability to handle pressure and solve problems
- Self-motivated and driven
- Willing to travel throughout Puerto Rico
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
