Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Design Manager to lead our team in the development of inverter and energy storage solutions.

Main Responsibilities
• Provide product and installation training to internal teams as well as external clients.
• Collaborate with internal sales personnel to demonstrate demo units and educate solar installation EPCs on design and installation best practices.
• Understand customers' feedback and collaborate with the product development team to guide next product iterations and developments.
• Participate in and collaborate with the product development team on product design and upgrades.
• Complete relevant documentation for project participation in a timely manner.
• Help drive quality of each completed project to the company's standards.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the solar and battery industry.
• Strong ability to handle pressure and solve problems.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Willing to travel throughout Puerto Rico.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
