Job Title: Cybersecurity Analyst

Join Tower's Information Security team as a Cybersecurity Analyst and play a critical role in protecting our organization's digital assets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing security operations tasks, including incident detection and response, enterprise vulnerability management, and identity and access management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze security event logs to identify potential threats and take corrective action.
  • Conduct security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement remediation plans to reduce risk and improve security posture.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls and ensure proper configuration of security infrastructure.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members on security-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security operations and vulnerability management.
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, including NIST and CIS Critical Security Controls.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
