Job Title: Cybersecurity Analyst

Job Summary:

As a Cybersecurity Analyst at Tower Federal Credit Union, you will be responsible for detecting and responding to security incidents, conducting security audits and assessments, and developing remediation plans to reduce risk. You will also be involved in the implementation of security controls and measures to protect the credit union's network, systems, and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and analyze security event data to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
  2. Respond to security incidents and escalate to senior team members or management as needed
  3. Conduct security audits and assessments of systems and applications to identify areas for improvement
  4. Develop and implement remediation plans to reduce risk and improve security posture
  5. Implement security controls and measures to protect the credit union's network, systems, and data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in cybersecurity or related field
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and standards, such as NIST and CIS
  • Ability to analyze complex security data and identify potential threats
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
