About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Biomedical Equipment Specialist Trainer to join our team at Clinical Medical Services, Inc. As an essential member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our technicians.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement training programs tailored to meet the specific needs of our technicians.
  2. Conduct regular evaluations to assess technician competencies and provide constructive feedback.
  3. Manage and maintain accurate records of employee credentials, certifications, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of company policies and procedures.

Key Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a related field, preferably in biomedical equipment delivery and maintenance.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs that result in improved technician performance.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
