Reliability Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Specialist to join our team at Flexible & Integrated Technical Services, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of equipment and systems within our maintenance program.

• Collect, compile, and analyze information from manuals, specifications, and supplier iterations.
• Create and manage maintenance tasks and data sheets.
• Develop and review job plans using CMMS software.
• Evaluate and define spare parts requirements and bill of materials.
• Design and develop preventive maintenance procedures and training programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance program management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
