Paramedic - Emergency Department Professional

The Emergency Department Paramedic plays a vital role in providing routine technical and clinical patient care in our busy Emergency Department. In this position, you will be responsible for observing, recognizing, and reporting signs and symptoms that require emergency treatment. Your attention to detail and ability to initiate measures and first aid will be crucial in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
As a Paramedic in our Emergency Department, you will work closely with the Emergency Department Medical Director, Attending Physicians, and primary Registered Nurses to ensure the highest level of patient care. Your essential duties and responsibilities will include accurately obtaining, recording, and reporting vital signs, setting up equipment for treatments, and administering medications as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a graduate of an approved Paramedic Training program and hold certification as an EMT-P. Certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS is also required. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $30.00 to $43.83 based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, and paid holidays and time off.
