About the Role

You will be part of a Systems Engineering team defining the next generation of space communication systems supporting Air Force Military Satellite Communications. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing T&E strategy, Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), requirement verification and test plans, test objectives, test methodology, and evaluation criteria
  • Providing support to develop/update the Systems Integration and Test Plan (SITP) and the Systems Engineering Plan (SEP)
  • Collecting, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting T&E data; documenting assessments and recommendations
  • Supporting implementation of common Test and Evaluation database for the program; integrating Digital Engineering and Environment processes
  • Reviewing and assessing Test and Integration-related deliverables; working closely with multiple Integrated Product Teams to refine test and integration implementation of strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • BS in technical field, such as engineering, mathematics, physics, or computer science
  • 10+ years demonstrated experience in systems engineering
  • 10+ years with system specification, verification, or analysis
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Preferred Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates with:

  • MS in technical field, such as engineering, mathematics, physics, or computer science
  • Experience with MILSATCOM, such as AEHF, EPS, WGS, and FAB-T terminal programs
  • Experience working with military or DoD civilian clients
  • Certifications in Systems Engineering (INCOSE ESEP, CSEP) and MBSE (OCSMP)
