Project Manager

EPS Group Inc is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Public Works projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including client management, team management, and project financials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and implement project plans, including project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and manage project communications, including client meetings, project updates, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet client needs and expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineering License.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
