About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Document Control Coordinator to join our team at DriveTime Family of Brands. As a key member of our Document Control department, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our contracts, titles, and title applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and process titles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Distribute documents to internal departments and external vendors, ensuring timely and efficient communication
  • Manage document storage and retrieval, maintaining a secure and organized environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet document processing needs and ensure seamless workflow
  • Review and update account information, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to the success of our team
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and flexibility
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
