Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduling Specialist to join our team at Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project scheduling, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software/tools.
  • Collaborate with project managers to understand project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Work with project teams to identify project activities, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed.
  • Analyze schedule data to identify potential risks and issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in project scheduling or project management.
  • Proficiency in project management software/tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
