Construction Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Director to lead our construction projects and teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and implement construction strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
• Manage and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other external partners.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction management, construction administration, engineering, architecture, or a related area.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000.00-$220,000.00, as well as annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation may include stock options. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.
