Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement education programs for clinical nursing staff
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient care standards are met
- Supervise and direct assigned personnel, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Assess and evaluate employee competence, developing remediation plans as necessary
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- Master's Degree preferred
- Five years' technical experience preferred
- One year's leadership experience preferred
- Experience in nursing/staff education preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice preferred
