Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as an Outpatient Rehabilitation Specialist. In this role, you will provide high-quality speech therapy services to patients in their homes, utilizing a patient-centered approach to promote optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech and language disorders in a home-based setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure and ASHA certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
