We are seeking a highly motivated Sr Associate Buyer to join our team at Quality Consulting Group. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 6 months years of directly related work experience.
Responsibilities- Source and negotiate pricing and terms for Purchase orders, contracts, and blanket orders.
- Negotiate, place, and expedite MRO orders with suppliers.
- Process purchase requisitions, maintain Purchasing's record database, and generate purchase contracts and blanket orders.
- Maintain purchasing documentation to cGMP standards and assist in conducting supplier audits and visits.
- Resolve discrepancies that arise from purchase orders and manage supplier communication and escalation.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 6 months-5 years of directly related work experience.
- Experience in management of Requisitions PO conversion per SAP Report.
- SAP experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge in Smartsheet and any other reporting for metrics.
