Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts and pricing terms
  
• Source new suppliers and develop strong business relationships
  
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize supply chain efficiency
  
• Monitor and report on spend analysis and procurement metrics
  

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 
  
• A Doctorate degree or Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, and 3 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, and 5 years of relevant experience
  
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  
• Proficiency in SAP and other procurement software
  
• Knowledge of Smartsheet and reporting tools
