The successful candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, and at least two years of experience in project management. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing technology strategies for the Retail and Business Solutions Group
- Anticipating risk situations and taking necessary measures to prevent them
- Analyzing and developing solutions to support the strategies of the Deposit Products and Personal Loans Divisions
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients and communicating effectively with stakeholders
