Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Forever 21. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive experience for all customers.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual displays and merchandise.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Minimum of one year of retail sales experience and previous cash handling experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
