Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Jobleads-Us. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations.
About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned project manager with a strong background in program management, leadership, and team collaboration. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project strategic plans, program initiatives, and project execution plans to meet client goals and needs.
- Lead design, engineering, and construction teams through planning, design, preconstruction, and construction activities.
- Initiate and lead the procurement of design, construction, and consultant services.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and design/construction professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Oversee and review the development of architectural and engineering construction drawings and bid documents.
- Lead value engineering sessions to reduce costs and optimize project delivery.
- Develop, monitor, and update project budgets and schedules, providing analysis and recommendations to ensure project financial objectives are met.
- Assist clients in scheduling, coordinating, and managing owner-direct vendors and consultants.
- Meet with clients, city officials, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to present project status and anticipate potential issues.
- Apply extensive knowledge of project controls, project management, construction documentation, and sequencing to lead project delivery.
- Establish and oversee project close-out documentation and processes to ensure successful project completion.
- Negotiate, resolve, and close out outstanding change orders, quality issues, or disputes.
- Process and track final invoices, payment applications, retention payments, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare and submit final project accounting and budget.
- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, procedures, templates, and products, referring ideas to the appropriate line manager.
- Conduct background research, data collection, and benchmarking, presenting findings to team members.
- Ensure knowledge management by inputting key information and learning generated from each commission into internal databases and sharing with the team.
