Compensation Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Strategist to join our team at Popular in Puerto Rico. As a key member of our Compensation Center of Excellence, you will play a critical role in analyzing, assessing, designing, and administering compensation policies and programs.

• Administer and effectively implement the organization's compensation programs in alignment with the Bank's People Strategy.
• Collect and analyze data to ensure that the Bank's rewards are aligned with benchmark practices.
• Analyze components of the remuneration scheme and prepare internal equity and external competitiveness reports.
• Monitor the Bank's job evaluation, leveling, and classification programs.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Labor Relations, or similar fields.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Compensation or its related practices.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS systems and advanced proficiency in MS Office 365.
• Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish) with polished and strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
