About the Job
">This is a unique opportunity to join Upturn Co.'s facilities operations team as a Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairing equipment, and ensuring that our spaces are clean and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
">- Maintenance of plumbing, electrical, and safety systems under the guidance of licensed professionals
- Repairing company machinery, equipment, or appliances
- Detection and reporting of major maintenance repair needs
- Regular checks on common area spaces to identify infiltration issues, mechanical failures, or breakdowns
- Timely response to clients' maintenance requests in a professional manner
- Maintenance of cleanliness in outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks
- Oversight of the sprinkler system and trash containers on company premises
- Providing clients with support and guidance on maintaining their equipment
Requirements
">- Strong technical skills and experience in maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and safety systems
- Experience working with various types of equipment
