We are actively seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our team at Busy Season Staffing Solutions.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices accurately and on time, reviewing and verifying billing data for completeness and accuracy, and resolving billing discrepancies and issues promptly.
They will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure accurate billing and efficient processes, maintain and update billing records and customer accounts, and assist with month-end closing and reporting tasks.
A key requirement for this role is a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as solid understanding of basic accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Main Qualifications:- Education and Training: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts.
- Linguistic Abilities: Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Communication Skills: Strong customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
